in-stock items: if the product is currently in stock at our warehouse, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day of placement.

name embossing: adding custom name embossing to your item requires additional time, we will begin the crafting process for your piece as soon as your order is confirmed. for all personalized orders, please reach out to us through our contact us page to discuss the timeline and details.

modifications: please note that we do not offer structural design modifications or made-to-order custom builds orders within the uae at this time.
