estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch.

shipping cost: a flat rate of 15.00 aed for all orders (up to 1000g).

timeline: the delivery timeline begins once the shipment is handed over to our courier partner.

remote areas (oda)

certain locations within the uae are classified as out of delivery areas (oda) by local couriers (such as specific areas in the western region or remote parts of the northern emirates).

extra charges: these locations incur an additional surcharge (typically 20 aed or more) on top of the standard rate.

verification: if your delivery address falls within an oda, we will contact you to discuss the actual additional cost before finalizing your shipment. 

tracking: once your order is picked up, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
